Cake

So today was a cake filled day! I made my first ever carrot cake...which was super yummy but I forgot to take a picture but it looked good too. Then I made a cake I made for a friends daughter whose birthday party is tomorrow. I hope she likes what I created for her.

A Craftastic Saturday!

Yesterday was Super Saturday at our church. It is where all the ladies get together to make crafts and things. I had a great time even though I had to leave early and I got to make some fun stuff . I made hair bows for my girls and a little doggie pen that Allison absolutely adores. I also did some brownie mixes in jars to give away as gifts...or eat myself whatever happens first :) When I got home from Super Saturday I was still feeling crafty so I made a gift bag for Emma's birthday and finished a frame for holding all those new hair bows. I also made a tea cup pin cushion for one of my wonderful friends but I forgot to take a picture. Thanks to all the women who made Super Saturday possible I loved it!

Towers

We have several stackable tower toys and lately the girls have been playing with them a whole bunch . Of course Allison has to lock herself in her room if she doesn't want Emma-zilla to destroy it.

Little Birdies

I made these little birdies to go on top of the cupcakes for Emma's party. I was going to make them out of felt and hand sew them together but this paper option was much faster, cheaper, and easier. I think they will look super cute on top of Emma's cupcakes.

The definition of clean ...

Since Allison & Emma seem to have a much different definition of clean than I do I made them this sign of what a clean room looks like. This way when I ask if their room is clean they know exactly what it needs to look like to answer yes!

Silly & Sweet

Alli loves to take pictures I think I may have a future photographer on my hands. Emma has started to hide things when I ask her to clean up, she is so silly. She gets frustrated when she isn't wearing a onesie and everything falls out the bottom.

Belated Birthday Photos

The Saturday before we moved Allison celebrated her 4th birthday by having a Fancy Nancy party. The kids had lots of fun playing dress up, eating snacks and making hats.

We finally got Payton to wear a hat and Emma managed to surprise me again with her fashion statement.

Jenni did all the kiddos makeup to complete their fanciness.

Yummy food and fancy gift bags. The gifts bags had each child monogram on them, monogram is a fancy word for initials.

I love this picture of Alli chasing Payton with her faether duster.
