Emma really wanted to help her dad fix a tiny hole in the hallway wall. So she put on her "helper girl" clothes which consisted of her fanciest dress up dress and her new boots. She grabbed her tool box and was ready to go. While Ben went to grab the

assessed the damaged and got
to work. After the
Spackle dried Emma got to help sand it. When we came home from picking up Alli the wall had been painted and Emma was a little upset Ben had done it himself she said "But I am his assistant!" I love this little girl she is so fun to watch when she gets an idea in her head. :)

Emma also has enjoyed being my assistant. She always wants to sit on my lap when I am sewing. Which is sweet for about a minute and then she starts wiggling and pushing buttons. I finished a baby quilt for my friend Becca who is due tomorrow. I saw the idea on another blog but it wasn't quilted. I think the quilting makes it even better!

These bottom two quilts are from a quilt swap I
particiapted in. The one on the left I made and it got shipped to the east coast. The one on the right is the one I
recieved from the swap.
