The other day I was getting a little frustrated with Ben and Allison said "Mommy you need to go to time out!" And whenever she gets put in time out she immediately says "sorry for hitting" even if hitting wasn't the current offense. And then after she apologizes she expects to be set free from time out but I have told her she still has to pay the consequence so now she screams "I don't want to pay a consequence."
When Allison plays with other children she takes it upon her self to be the "mother" she will tell the other kids "thats very naughty" or "put your shoes back on right now." And if they try to get close to her sister she gets a little teritorial and says "leave my sister alone, she is sleeping." Whenever Emma makes a peep Allison says "hurry go check Emma she's puking all over." Probably because Emma does puke all over at least once a day.
Allison also LOVES to sing, it amazes me how many songs she knows, her current favorite is the snowman song by Inside Out. If Emma starts to cry in the car Allison will sing Baby of Mine from Dumbo it is so sweet. In conclusion it is true that kids say the darndest things and they pretty much say everything you do so choose your words wisely!
