This is my tribute to Salmon! It isn't dry yet in the picture but I had a moment to blog so you will have to imagine what it will look like dry. Allison helped me collect red leaves yesterday on our walk to the library so I used them for the salmon's red body. Allis was supposed to help me with this project but she was busy gluing acorns to everything (paper, table cloth, place mat...good thing Elmer's glue doesn't dry to quickly!) I looked at several Salmon picture sand this is no where near accurate especially the face...Salmon are kind of scary looking up close, so this is my semi-happy non scary salmon!
