In our house there is a dishwasher but it is one that you have to roll over to your sink and hook it up every time you want to use it...I think not! So instead of washing dishes it holds all my stationary stuff...pens, pencils, tape, paper, scissors, etc. And the top of it has pictures and my Kitchenaid mixer on it.

We had one of those kind of dishwashers in Fresno in the 70's...it worked fine, I remember it being hooked up at night before bed.
